CSL supplies, installs, maintains, and upgrades signal systems for councils, contractors, and transport authorities across New Zealand. Traffic signal infrastructure forms the foundation of every transport network. While often taken for granted, signal systems play a critical role in managing vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist movements safely and efficiently. Dynamic Lane technology helps cities move more people, more efficiently. CSL delivers intelligent lane management solutions that adapt to changing traffic conditions, improving network performance without the need for costly road widening. CSL has been at the forefront of Dynamic Lane delivery in New Zealand, helping transform innovative concepts into real-world transport solutions. Working alongside Auckland Transport, CSL played a key role in the development and delivery of New Zealand's first Dynamic Lane system on Whangaparāoa Road, providing the design, control systems integration, and technical expertise to bring the concept to life.

Smart Signage keeps road users informed through real-time information, warnings, and network updates. CSL designs, installs, integrates, and maintains electronic signage solutions that improve safety, communication, and network performance. Smart Signage plays a critical role in helping people make informed decisions as they travel. Providing timely, accurate information improves safety, supports traffic management, reduces congestion, and helps transport operators respond to changing network conditions in real time.

Traffic management is critical to safe and efficient project delivery. CSL provides planning, approvals, and on-the-ground traffic management services that keep projects moving while protecting road users, workers, and communities.Traffic management underpins almost every aspect of CSL's work, from traffic signals and intelligent transport systems through to dynamic lanes, lighting, maintenance, and civil infrastructure projects. Having this capability in-house provides greater control over project delivery, programme timelines, and site safety.
